FlipCrux provides a software platform for A2A arbitrage analysis and opportunity identification. Our service includes:

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. You represent that you have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these terms.

Account Creation: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. We reserve the right to verify any information provided.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account, including unauthorized use.

Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

One Account Per User: You may only maintain one active account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in termination of all accounts.

Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time without notice.

Subscription Plans: After the trial period, users must select a paid subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Billing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds for partial periods or unused time.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices at any time with 30 days notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle.

Payment Failures: Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of service. We are not responsible for any losses due to service interruption.

No Refunds: All payments are final. No refunds will be provided except as required by applicable law.

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You may not:

Violation Consequences: Any violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Data Collection: We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to such collection and processing.

Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure.

Data Usage: We may use your data to provide and improve our service, communicate with you, ensure compliance with these terms, and for any other purpose permitted by law.

Third-Party Data: Our service includes data from various marketplaces and other third-party sources. We disclaim all responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.

Data Retention: We may retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law, even after account termination.

Our Rights: The service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by FlipCrux Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your personal or business use, subject to these terms.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on our service without express written permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with our service.

Feedback: Any feedback you provide becomes our property and may be used without compensation or attribution.

Service Availability: We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend service for maintenance, updates, or any other reason without notice.

Data Accuracy: All data is provided "as is" without any warranties. We disclaim all responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information.

No Investment Advice: Our service provides data and analysis tools only. We do not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All decisions are your responsibility.

User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for their arbitrage decisions, compliance with laws, and any financial outcomes.

Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL FLIPCRUX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. No refunds will be provided.

By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately. We may delete your account data at any time after termination.

Surviving Terms: All provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and payment obligations survive termination.
