Refund Policy

This policy outlines our refund terms and conditions for FlipCrux services.

1. General Refund Policy

No Refunds: All subscription fees, one-time payments, and service charges are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in this policy or required by applicable law.

Service Nature: Our service provides access to data and analysis tools. Once access is granted, the service has been delivered and no refunds will be provided.

Partial Periods: No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods, unused time, or early cancellation.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew. Cancellation must occur before the renewal date to avoid charges. No refunds for automatic renewals.

2. Free Trial

Trial Period: New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.

Free Trial: Start your trial without any payment information required.

Trial Discontinuation: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time without notice.

No Refunds: No refunds will be provided if the trial is discontinued or modified.

3. Limited Exceptions

Technical Issues: Refunds may be provided only if our service is completely unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our end.

Billing Errors: Refunds may be provided for duplicate charges or billing errors that are clearly our fault.

Legal Requirements: Refunds will be provided if required by applicable consumer protection laws or regulations.

Discretionary Refunds: We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds in exceptional circumstances, but this is not guaranteed.

4. What's Not Covered

No refunds will be provided for:

• Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service

• Failure to achieve desired results or profits

• Inability to use the service due to user error or technical issues on your end

• Account suspension or termination due to terms of service violations

• Service interruptions lasting less than 24 hours

• Data accuracy issues or market condition changes

• Price changes or feature modifications

• Cancellation of subscription after billing period has started

• Unused time or features

• Third-party service issues or data availability

5. Refund Process

Request Submission: Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@flipcrux.com within 7 days of the charge.

Required Information: Include your account email, transaction ID, reason for refund, and supporting documentation.

Review Process: All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny any refund request.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Account Status: Refunded accounts will be immediately suspended and access will be terminated.

6. Payment Disputes

Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate account termination and permanent ban from our service.

Dispute Resolution: We will vigorously defend against unjustified chargebacks and may pursue legal action to recover costs.

Communication: We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing payment disputes to resolve issues amicably.

Evidence: We maintain detailed records of service usage and will provide evidence to payment processors as needed.
